Return Policy
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your package. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
Please note: personalized products cannot be returned.
Return costs are always for the account of the buyer. Little One Clothing is not responsible for loss or damage of your returned package.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returned.
1. Please also ensure that your returned products meet the following criteria:
- the products are not personalized
- the products are not cuddly toys and/or pacifiers
2. Fill out the return form and add it to your return shipment. Make sure the order number is clearly stated.

3. Return the products preferably in the original packaging. Make sure your product is well packed. Any damage during the return process is at the risk of the buyer.

5. Bring your package to a parcel point and pay for the package. The costs for your return shipment are at your own expense. Make sure you can track the package while it is in transit. Inform Little One Clothing about the tracking code.
6. You will receive a confirmation of the returned products once they have been received.
7. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@littleoneclothing.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Warranty & complaints
Little One Clothing pays a lot of attention to the quality of all our products. Let us know if there is something about the product that does not meet your expectations.
Please do this as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days after receiving the products. Send us an email to info@littleoneclothing.nl and clearly state your name, order number, your complaint and a photo of the product.
Little One Clothing will try to resolve any problems or complaints as best as possible.
